H-0371 doesn’t “decriminalize therapeutic plants and fungi”. It is quite a but narrower in its target of psilocybin.
If you want people to sign petitions, be less creative in your claims.

>Psilocybin ( sy-lə-SY-bin, ) is a naturally occurring psychedelic prodrug compound produced by more than 200 species of fungi. The most potent are members of the genus Psilocybe, such as P. azurescens, P. semilanceata, and P. cyanescens, but psilocybin has also been isolated from about a dozen other genera. Psilocybin is itself biologically inactive but is quickly converted by the body to psilocin, which has mind-altering effects similar, in some aspects, to those of LSD, mescaline, and DMT. In general, the effects include euphoria, visual and mental hallucinations, changes in perception, a distorted sense of time, and perceived spiritual experiences.

For sure. Also, I get worried when I think about the general population on mushrooms.

Which I think is totally legit, however the post is a little misleading. Other Decrim Nature initiatives have been much broader in their scope.

Okay but, uh, a lot of plants and plant derivatives ARE drugs and ARE dangerous. I agree that criminalizing possession or use is not effective really, but can't we be forthright please?
