Does anybody have any recommendations for quality ear piercing in or around Addison county?

My 12 year old wants to get her ears pierced after wrestling season is over. I'd like a place that offers surgical grade steel with the piercing done with a needle instead of a gun. I'm happy to travel outside of Addison if necessary (Burlington, for example). I'd appreciate your recommendations (or anti-recommendations). Thanks!

I know it’s not close but Marigold Adornment Tattoo, Piercing, & Jewelry Is worth it. It is a wonderful place with incredible high quality jewelry and needles.

Montpelier is totally doable, we could make a fun day out of it. Thanks for the recommendation!

You may have to call around to tattoo shops to find a place that will pierce minors’ ears, they don’t often say it outright on their websites. Doing it at a tattoo/piercing shop with a licensed piercer is the only right way to do this. I would try Middlebury or Burlington or Montpelier over Rutland. Don’t be like my mom who let me get my ears done by the needle gun at the Claire’s (twice! at 7 & again at 15 for second lobes!) But since you’re asking this question I assume you’re aware of that lol.

If you come to barre, the honda civics and trucks with rusted out mufflers will be ear piercing enough.

Is that.....

Oh wait.

Frog Alley Piercing and Tattoo is still doing piercings, apparently. No tattoos at the moment, but I’m not in the market for one right now!

I can’t speak from personal piercing experience, but Pierre is a standup guy and all I’ve heard indicates he does excellent, professional, responsible work.

Great to know! Middlebury is close, so that’s a bonus, although quality work is much more important. Thanks for the input!
