Those are very bright people talking to very dumb people.
When your audience has an attention span of 140 (now 280) characters, there's not a high degree of intellectual give and take.
Cost benefit analysis is not prioritized, merely grievance is the order of the day.

you're having a hard time rationalizing that not all conservatives are ass holes / unintelligent.
Hell I am willing to go on the record and have a discussion with you.

One thing I have never, ever claimed: all conservatives are assholes. I have also NEVER argued that all Republicans are vile, violent, racist, authoritarians.
Never - ever - you cannot find me ever saying anything close to that.

Candace Owens and Laura Loomer are what you call "bright"? Yikes!

LOL Only had to go back one comment.
"The fact is that the VTGOP is just biding time until they can force their vile, violent, racist and bigoted, uber authoritarian world view on all us right here in sweet little Vermont."

You need to get out more touch some grass or something. Try taking a trip outside your bubble of preconceived notions of what republicans are or are not especially here in VT.
Head east on RT.2 from ST. J. right into the belly of red county Vermont. When in Concord stop at the Moose Look for lunch see if you can hear any of these vile, violent, racist bigoted authoritarian world views you so decry. Then if you have not been lynched yet by Jim-bob and his cousins from the holler continue on to Lunenburg another Trump 2016 town and stop in to meet the new Selectman who was elected with a huge majority. Maybe ask him if anyone cares that he's gay? Not that it matters but it sure smashes a few stereotypes of the area. Hit the town store while you are at it lots of lively talk in there. Maybe you will find some of this vile crap you speak of but doubtful.
Most of us vile republicans (more like classic liberals these days) are more worried about our jobs, the constant bills the left tries to push down or throats that negatively impact our lives like preventing our kids from using school choice as they have for decades. The forced merger stuff closing our schools the new smart heat bill or whatever that boondoggle is called or the next and the next. Then head up past Guildhall into Granby and say hi to our State Rep. Terry Williams who actually works for us and picks up the phone to hear our concerns. Maybe continue up to Canaan another spot you likely have never been. Oh and how would I love for your car to break down. Within a few min you probably would have more than one of these vile persons pulled over to help you out.
Take that trip Rama and write back about it. Might change your view a bit.

How much is the DNC paying you to post this?

They only need to be brighter than their audience. That's a very dim standard.

There are organizations and there are individuals. Pick which one you want to be for yourself, and then we'll discuss.
Fact is that the Republican Party acts as it does and that's what I represent in my posts. It doesn't mean every Republican is as their Republican Party does, but under the best of circumstances it's defined as enabling.
Group dynamics are what they are, and every one of us makes some compromise to belong to a group. Stop making the compromises the GOP/VTGOP is telling you to make.
See ... I don't know you. I don't even know if you're from Vermont or bumfuck, Egypt. I would have no way to know if you as an individual is a racist or violent or whatever, and my assumptions with people always start with the positive meaning I would have to know you to call you out on something.
But I DO know the Republican Party. Extremely well.

VTGOP is not telling me to do anything Rama. I vote based on whats good for my family and community. That was though a lot of words to avoid accepting responsibility for your own comments though. Maybe you do have a future in politics:)

No, the GOP is not telling you to do anything, but that isn't what I'm saying. Of course you can read what I write or what you want me to be writing - that's your choice.

Meanwhile right here in Vermont we have the local version that tries to make the talkers sound reasonable, cool and collected - as they (yeah - Phil too) try to distract us all from the reality that these local talkers are just trying to distract us from what is happening to our world, nation, state and towns. This is reflected in Phil Scott as Governor as well as media outlets such as WCAX and WDEV.
The fact is that the VTGOP is just biding time until they can force their vile, violent, racist and bigoted, uber authoritarian world view on all us right here in sweet little Vermont.
