Just be aware, the sticker on the bumper may just be a Betsy Ross flag, but now people tend to specifically use that flag as a 3% symbol. I can't tell if it has the Roman numeral 3 in the center. Or it may just be a fan of Betsy Ross (unlikely), but beware he's probably armed and looking for confrontation.
