Before replacement. Depending on your level of confidence/hubris you can actually do self replacement for about $100, supposedly. But I'm seeing most people saying they got quotes for replacement around $300-400.

If you've paid $3695 for your body, and are otherwise satisfied, replacement is the way to go.
