Yeah I’m like what? Dude got on the boat after saying it would sink? Legend.
He predicted that ships at the time were unsafe not the sinking of titanic... "wherein a steamer collides with another ship, resulting in a high loss of life due to an insufficient ratio of lifeboats to passengers."
And yet he rode on them. Clearly wasn't overly concerned about it.

Well to be fair if you have stuff to do or somewhere to be and ships are the only way to travel across the ocean then you normally find a way to move past your concerns.

What an extraordinary life. Shame that, with so much to choose from, the title here chooses to misrepresent his general concerns about the safety of ocean liners.

Where does it says that he predicted the sinking of the Titanic? It would be crazy to get on a ship if he thought it would sink. Yes, he wrote a story about a ship hitting an iceberg and sinking, but that's not the same thing as predicting that the Titanic in particular would sink..
