That's actually very common in Finland and even more than 2 isn't rare. But I can say that 40% (2/5) is a bit much, even by local standards. ;)

I checked if there are any Häyhäkäinen in Finland for more Ä's but no only Häyhänens besides Häyhäs apparently.
