Its pretty normal to have hair growing on the lower part of the shaft. I'd say it's odd if it's more than a third to half way up.
Depends on dick size too though I imagine. Available surface area and all that

Yeah there's a little on the base of mine but it seems like OP means all the way up lmao. If it hasn't effected him negatively then it's not an issue I guess though.

I don't think the problem is the circumcision. It sounds like you either have a furry dick or are getting really reckless with the razor.

One, circumcision doesn't really have anything to do with nicking your penis. It wouldn't have hurt any less if you had foreskin.
Two, genitals are extremely veinous: there's a ton of blood vessels concentrated in a small area, so even a tiny cut bleeds a lot, like your forehead. You'll see a lot of blood and the cut will open easily, but you're not in any real danger.
Use a topical agent like Neosporin to promote blood clotting and bandage it as best you can. Clean it and reapply the bandage regularly to avoid infection.
And maybe look into laser hair removal if this bothers you that much.

Agree that its really weird to circumcise children that can’t understand/agree to it. Even worse in some countries in Africa where they literally destroy females reproductive organ without their consent. I see a similarity even though america isn’t as bad, but the whole thing is weird to me (from Europe), men here don’t have many infections either so i don’t see the point of it.

Veet (or similar) is the answer. Hair removal, not shaving. Shaving just makes the hair grow back stronger. You shouldn't have hair on your penis, certainly not on the upper half.

Hold up, are you saying hair grows on your dick itself, like the shaft? Go to a doctor wtf
