I really hope you can leave once you reach 18. Have you thought about college or something like a nursing credential? I know that financial support is difficult to come by if you have a moderate income parent, but my god, you have to gain your independence. Do you live in low COL area where you could pay the rent with a low paying job? Around here, community college is pretty much free and has excellent certificate programs for things like welding, auto mechanics and nursing.

When I’m 18 I plan to go to community college and get a part time job to help pay for it. I can’t get my father to help with the Fafsa because he don’t think women should have jobs or education. Only reason he allows me to go to school is because if he doesn’t it’ll become illegal.
