The amount of people saying to notify the cops, where the f you live? Lol. Cops in America won’t give a rats over someone flushing a toilet. Need more funding for that type of care.

Could see it as filler content during a slow night of On Patrol Live. That show really opens the eyes to all of the stupid stuff that people call the police for.
