I hate to say this, but issue lies with you now. I understand you love her, but you need to be able to love yourself before healthily being able to commit to another person. You dont deserve to be hurt, but you wont take yourself away from what is hurting you. Give her an ultimatum and stick to it. If she changes, she truly cares about you. If she doesnt, shes not worth your time, effort, or respect.
