I've changed my nieces diapers, I've seen her naked until she was probably 5 or 6 years old. She's older now and physically mature, but she's still a child in my eyes, and a family member. Seeing her naked now would be entirely a non-issue, I wouldn't see her any differently than had I seen my own kids naked.
