I was planning to hang out at a friends house with other friends and he doesn’t respond. We get mad at him and will probably jump him later. I’m the sober driver so I was only smoking nicotine. I start to feel sick and realize the awful mistake I did. We go to a mall and while they eat I’m stuck in the toilet. It’s closing hours so the lady asked “anybody in here” 3 times before I headed out. I couldn’t hold it any longer and puke outside the parking lot. A family and their young child witness me puking my guts out and he asks if I’m okay. I apologize that their kid had to see that.

TLDR: Puked in front of a family

Nicotine seems like the best thing in the world when you’re a teenager. Until you overdo it. Hopefully it’ll make you reconsider whether you need to smoke.

But imma tell you right now, if the people you’re hanging with think it’s normal to be violent towards somebody just because you’re upset at them, you don’t need to be spending time with them. You’re better than that.

People like that are psychological children who’s feel so insecure they feel the need to violently assert themselves whenever they perceive “disrespect”. People like that end up in prison or dead. Emotionally mature individuals express how they feel with words.
