Yeah, I have to say that while it would maybe be seen as unprofessional in certain circles if your realtor sent an emoji, you are the customer and you weren’t rude. Personally, I am the same way you are and like laughing and humor to make light of situations, and I want to work with people who can volley it back and forth.

Towards the end of my college career after a long break, I had to take a freshman level class for a new prerequisite and the professor would tell the class every time a paper was due that emojis don’t belong in research papers lol
