I think most Mike Schur-created shows all have good chemistry, romantic, platonic, and otherwise.

Jesse L Martin and Tom Cavanagh in season 2/3 of The Flash. Just a couple of dads being bros.

Jesse Pinkman was only supposed to be in Season 1, but everybody loved the chemistry between Cranston and Paul and that changed the whole course of the series.

Even though this whole series is about how Walt transforms into a ruthless and powerful drug kingpin, this series wouldn’t be the same without Jesse!

His development is also just as entertaining to watch! Much like Walt, he also turns into a dark person only difference is he gets traumatized by the criminal world while Walt embraces and enjoys the thrill of it

Roseanne Barr and Sara Gilbert. Their scenes together (mostly after Sara matured) were awesome. Not something you expect from a silly sit-com, but that was some great acting.
