I'll have to check that show out, the 24 hour format just threw me off and put it low on my to-watch list.

That show is built for streaming. The thing is Season 1 is pretty realistic and not very high budget. Jack spends more time running away from situations rather than shooting his way out of situations. Season 2 he becomes the man we all love, the guy that will literally kill you if you get in his way.
