His hair looks photoshopped on I think. And it's a weird looking haircut too.

it's most definitely a wig, but yeah it's the hair that's ruining it for me. Too clean and fluffy. Maybe it'll look dirtier in the show or I'm gonna have a hard time taking bill seriously.
