I’ve been watching Snowfall S6 thinking “how is this show still so good?”

Snowfall is one of those true hidden gems on /r/television.

I think it’s gone a little down hill from the early seasons. I’m not ALL the way caught up, just saw the episode where Leon and Wanda got married in Ghana. That was like 20 minutes of the episode I wish I could get back…

This is one of many shows that had a strong start and just petered out before it got to the finish line. The absence of John Singleton (long live) can definitely be felt. We need more Damson Idris after this show ends though.

In general tv shows about crime and violence are more popular than shows about "family"

The "bad stuff" is almost never attributed to race tho. Also snowfall is a fictional take on historical events.

Why do people insist on spoiling their show. Now we know she survives the series

Right.... I would interested in almost any spin off except that. WTF?

Yea that part was painful. The show has its ups and downs but still well worth watching.

Yeah but things heat up after Leon comes back to LA.

Sometimes I don't feel like playing GTA5, even though I like Franklin. Sometimes I don't feel like replaying GTA:SA, even though I like the corrupt cop versus honest gangbanger dynamic. Sometimes I don't feel like dipping my toe into the Saints' Row franchise. Sometimes I don't feel like watching Let's Plays on YouTube.
Luckily, FX saw me and my specific demographic, and that's why they literally combined all of these elements to bring me Franklin Saints in Snowfall. I'm on S2 already and am loving how the Mexican cartel and CIA storylines are finally coming to a head and beginning to bleed over into Franklin's day-to-day. And the best part is? I can just sit back and turn off my brain and not have to worry about following no trains.

Who watched Snowfall and thought Wanda of all people needed a spinoff

Interesting premise, considering how good snowfall is I'd definitely give this a shot.
