It's been said a million times before but Game of Thrones.

Star Trek: Enterprise, but actually I don't even have to mention it.
Will and Grace's finale was horrible. So horrible they mocked it in the revival.

How I Met Your Mother
Roseanne (in its original run)
Dexter (both times)
The Wonder Years (the original)
Watching that episode I legit didn't believe it was a finale until I saw there was no "next episode" cue.
It was so bad, and it sucks because it was such an easy finale to pull off. The entire show was teasing the Federation being created and we didn't even get to see it?
That Roseanne ending was incredibly dumb.
IIRC they did not expect to be canceled and it was never intended to be the series finale.
Honestly I didn’t hate How I Met Your Mother’s ending.
The show was a sitcom, the problem was really that they ever made it emotional. But for what it was I didn’t hate it.
And I know, there’s always one guy, I just never hated it. I remember watching it, being totally fine with it, and then talking with my friends who watched it and being shocked that they hated it.
Warehouse 13 went out with a bad clip show and an 11th hour relationship upgrade for two characters without that kind of chemistry.

I think nothing can top Dexter. Both old one and New Blood.
I believe they knew by that point.

Game of Thrones and Dexter
There were parts about it I liked. I liked the idea that the entire millionaire thing was a reaction to Dan dying. That was a clever way to write-off the terrible last season while still turning it into something poignant.
But revealing that Roseanne had been editing her family the entire time was a bridge too far. After all the effort putting in to making us route for these pairings, why the world will they switch them up?
Dexter.
Chuck.
All of that show sucked.
Dexter (OG and New Blood) and GoT are my votes... two shows with such promise only to end in the most garbage ways possible
Man in the High Castle.
