I used to split cost with my mum and sister, 4 viewer max, $220ish/CAD per year, so $80 each. Now I'm going to buy a good Android box and pay $15/month to keep it updated and watch all, that means bye bye Disney subscription, bye bye Prime, bye bye HBO/Crave. I'll take my chances.

New Zealand. Nope. Just a news announcement and nothing else. It seems people who are dissatisfied with Netflix are just using it as an excuse to leave it. $20pm isn't much more than 3 coffees, its not a big expense. You would spend more than that on a work lunch.

Makes sense it's getting more airtime here then. Netflix costs 16 to play 4k like the other services, and our minimum wage is 600 a month. 16 is the price of around 28 coffees. And you can get HBO plus Disney plus Amazon Video for that price.
