You have to have good quality control and convenient products to gain loyal customers. All 3 windows laptops I bought had a lot of quality control issues and didn’t last a long time. My macbook air from 6 year ago still works perfectly. I am not considering buying a windows laptop next time. Not because I am a shill, but rather because I know a macbook will work out of the box and won’t give me a headache.
