This is a therapy device so bought by therapy centers where you can book therapy hours. This is neither for private nor long term usage (eg to replace a wheelchair). At least not yet but we will get there one day hopefully
One of those sessions costs usually between 100 and 200 € and is (partially) reimbursed by insurance. Goal of using the device is learning to walk so you won't need it or just to get some motoric function back...or in some cases just to stay fit
