Hi, I live here in Springfield. I am totally blind and currently have Bank of America. I have a card through Chase bank for a place I use. They have a more accessible page than Bank of America and there app is better on my Iphone. I was wondering if anyone used Chase bank here even though they have no atms or branches according to there site. How bad are the atm fees> they have some promotions too that I kind of want to take advantage of. I am just looking into it due to there features for people with disabilities. Just a thought I hae.

I had a chase b4 moving here too but if you need to pull out cash it's better to use a local bank. One thing I don't understand is why is there a chase call center here but not an actual bank lol

Really the only downside is the lack of ATMs. Chase has some of the best benefits for their credit cards and that's primarily why I use them. You can get another account with a local bank and just transfer funds when you need to take cash out.

hmm thats a good idea. keep my bank of america for that and use chase as primary. hmmm or just get cash at say walmart when i make a purchase. not hard.

i had it for the first 6 or 7 years i lived here and never really had issues but i also hardly had the need for cash or atms. i only gave it up cause of their ridiculous overdraft fees and i use chime now. but from what i remember the atm fees werent totally bad

I only use an atm maybe once or twice a month. if that. mainly to get quarters for laundry.

exactly. I figure I can use walmart and just get cash back when I get stuff like I don't know laundry soap or somethin.

I used to have it and stopped when I moved here. I miss all of the features.

Been with Great Southern for years. No Chase within a long drive.

Most national banks have “normalized” fees for everything. No thanks.
