As long as we have Mama Jean’s, we will never have a Trader Joe’s. They’re the ones blocking it every time.

Whole Foods, for sure, but Trader Joe’s serves a different niche.

That is not true. They won't come to springfield because of demographic issues. We don't have high enough income or education for them to want to build here
