The brief drops yesterday were the first issue that I've had with them in a few months of service. I haven't noticed any drops today. I was paying a lot more money for slower speeds, data caps, and less reliable service with Mediacom.

Same. This is the first issue I have had with the new network quantum/brightspeed. Yet I had more maintenance and drops with Mediacom and worse price/service with att and Mediacom.
