Why's this posted here? It's not an issue exclusive to the Springfield locations. Most UPS stores are like this.

Most of them aren't purpose built in my experience. Most of the UPS stores I have been in are in prefab strip mall locations. I went to one a few years ago that was built into a larger store setup and you could enter the larger store directly or by passing through the UPS store. That location had automatic doors.
