The library and post office I know do.

Library Center will do it at the same time you go to do your passport paperwork with them for like a $15 fee

I think I was able to get mine done at Walgreens. That's been a few years ago, but I think they still do it.

Yes, Walgreens does it! And fun fact, you do not have to tuck your hair behind your ears. They will tell you you have to, but you do not 🙄

The library can help, but you have to do your own pictures. We did ours at Walgreens.

I used an app to help. Just cost the fee to print the pictures. Much cheaper than shelling out $15-$20.

If you have an iPhone you can use that link. There’s a way to do it for free and then you save the image and then print it off at like Walgreens for cheap

You can take your own photos. Just follow the requirements. Just take the imagine in to anyplace that will print the photo for you. It’s cheaper.

That is interesting, my hair wasn't long enough at the time. Gotta love when they do stuff like that. But I was surprised as well when they said you cannot smile!
