Car washes are catching up. There surely can't be that many dirty cars

The vape shops are just more visible. They want to be on main roads for visibility. There are more churches because churches are all over. They're in neighborhoods, on country roads, in out of the way places. They have reverse iceberg shapes. The visible churches in high traffic areas are the tip of the churchberg, while the visible vape shops are the main underwater mass of the vapeberg (pronounced vape-eh-burg). Church runs deep. It saturates.

Don't forget all of the strip mall and office building churches!

This makes a lot of sense. Love the churchberg analogy.

I once had to put together a mailer list for churches in the area…it’s churches.

I remember someone telling me as a kid that we had the record for most churches per capita.

I don't know if that's true, but I'd like to enter payday loans into the thunderdome of car washes, vape shops, and churches.

Vape shops for sure. The churches are larger, and have more real estate... but there are vape shops in every little strip mall in town
