depends. after the court date, it’s normally 30 days. last time i saw the situation happen, the eviction was served and court was a week-2 after that date, then they had to be out within 30 days.

There is usually 30 days from the decision to give you time to vacate. After the30 days, the landlord can request a sheriff escort to remove the tenant. It's not an immediate thing that happens right away from my understanding.

What happens if the lease period ends the day of the court date?

You should still have 30 days from the court date regardless of the terms of the lease

I had a POS brother in law that used all kinds of loopholes, such as health, not showing up for court dates, etc , and was able to drag his eviction out for a year! I'm an optimist by nature, and hope this goes according to plans for you...but don't start packing your move in yet.

You have 10 days after a judgement of execution is filed to execute someone. The 30 days is how long one has to wait to file, if it’s filed you will only have to wait 10 days. Legally the sheriff has 5 days to act on the judgement after they receive it though.

LMAOOO I swear I meant evict. I don’t even want to edit that.

That depends on a lot of factors. Has the eviction already gone through the courts?
