I would like to add that Google & Facebook reviews are actually really impactful... It's pretty easy to leave a review explaining his callousness.

EDIT: Also, it's not just that group. A lot of Springfield Facebook groups are just as toxic. I often see commenters make fun of people without homes and say jaywalkers deserve to be hit/locked up.

Google reviews are helpful until Mike Hickman calls out the person in the Eat Springfield MO group and says the nastiest/most unprofessional things about them. And then the group admins there just shut off comments and allow him to be a shitty person even though they don't even allow people to discuss normal experiences at restaurants if they aren't 100% glowing ass kissing reviews.

I liked why and how that group started with covid, but it's turned into a business venture and has made me completely sour to it.

This reddit group is bad about that too. Theres a lot of crapping on the poorer parts of town by this bunch. Sometimes I just have to step away from it for a while.
