Do nottttt go to Red Racks. They are more expensive than Walmart. Goodwill can be expensive but can find some good deals still.

Second this, especially for avoiding red racks. They don't test their electronics, charge way more than what stuff is worth, and do not take any measures to wipe personal data off of any computer equipment.
