Ozarks Outdoor Solutions. Great company. Veteran/family owned and operated. They do groundskeeping for the VA hospital in Springfield and maintain and install many native varieties for them. Great company!!

Second vote for Smiling Sun Gardens (link to their FB page). They will travel, Paul designed my entire front yard in Marionville, and did the landscaping from tearing sod out to laying the mulch around the last native plant. I found them via Grow Native and my botany teacher at Missouri State. I've also purchased additional plants at the native plant sales that pop up thanks to Grow Native and the Watershed Committee.

I have no idea, but it does make me wonder. Native lawn landscaping has only really come into vouge recently. I can't imagine there all that many people in down that practice is. I do a LOT of driving around time scoping out yards for my metal detecting hobby and I only see a handful, like maybe 5 or 6, although I'm sure there are others I'm not aware of.

Anyway, a company that prioritizes an incredibly niche interest with a small customer base would, I assume, have to charge a very heavy premium for that service, in order to make up for having such a limited customer base?

As a plant person…that’s gonna be inconvenient tons of calls…landscaping had largely become about labor and not knowledge….and even the bosses don’t know much of anything about plant biology or what is needed to grow plants…all about money.

Honestly most natives won’t need anything…and if they want to fall prune tell them a HARD no.
