I think OP is referring to the second-to-last paragraph on this page, but the explanation in the paragraph lays out how it isn't a violation of the 4tth amendment. I have no idea what OP's trying to say here either.

Regardless of this specific vote. Is it possible for a state law to limit a right as described explicitly in the constitution? Like can a state revoke any of the rights in the constitution. Isn’t that the definition of something being “unconstitutional?”

To cultivate in home, you have to literally check a box next to "Do you agree to immediately make available access to the patient cultivation facility upon request from the department?" Quit using it as a 'new point' against recreational, we have established it is not.
