What's the procedure to set up public "music" on campus? I've got a modular synth that can make some awful noise around the "preacher".

Dude yes. Go make beats and record his voice live, mix them into the beats. Hearing his own voi e talking will probably trip him up. Especially if you can find a way to splice then on the fly and make him say things like "I am gay" or something lmao
