Having trouble finding someone reliable and that does a 'decent' job. Often times, good handymen are by word of mouth only so I am reaching out to the good people of Reddit to expand my circle!

Certain jobs include:

-Replacing attic ladder -Reseal doors with weather stripping -recaulk windows -Replace some broken siding -Some minor plaster and painting work -Finish trim

Even better if they can:

-replace counter tops (laminate) -add kitchen backsplash -build small retaining wall -add insulation

Will be flexible, just need someone that can communicate and show up when they need to. Thank you!
