I seem to remember that Rosie Joe's (Ozark) had pretty good onion rings, but I haven't eaten there in many years.

I miss Ebenezer's. :(

Love the family that runs Rosie Jo's but man, last time I was there, worst service I've received at any restaurant literally ever.

Ate there about a month ago and it was terrible

I thought their burgers were ok, but I am a guy that likes to taste pickles on my burgers. Those 3 pieces of “house made “ pickles ain’t gonna cut it for me

Flat-Sun-5134 t1_iscx3jo wrote

The onion rings were my favorite! I get it about the pickles

KoiCyclist t1_ispaejz wrote

The ratio of onion to batter was out of whack, and they were super greasy.

Got a preferred type of burger? Ie. Smash, steakhouse, melt, etc.

Traditional/grilled or smash.

Bricktown has my favorite traditional burger. For smash, I really like Black Sheep’s.

I hope you actually burger because I'm saving this advice for my next trip to Springfield.

Not gonna bs I don’t really like onion rings like they gotta be good and anytime anyone asks me I say Cheddars. Burgers for me are Bairs (if the cook is good) I am a little bias cause I cooked there for a little bit. Lol

Red's is excellent, but they were out of onion rings for a while. Not sure if they're back yet.

Big Whiskeys if the cooks on grill are decent. Seasoning over there is spot on and they have a good selection to choose from. Highly recommend

Red Robin for onion rings tower is hard to beat and their burgers are respectable. I miss TGIFridays...Jack Daniels sauce on their burger with grilled onions. Gotta create it at home now and it's just a shade of the original.
