They are always on 105.1 for the KMOX broadcast. Occasionally, the ESPN radio national broadcast will be on as well, but they are always on 105.1 regardless.

I can say with confidence the Springfield ESPN radio station is not carrying any ESPN athletic broadcasts and has not since at least August 2020.
