4 Dr. Pepper Bottles on Eastgate

I couldn’t get a picture, but for the past few days I’ve noticed some half-filled Dr. Pepper 2-liter bottles lining the road on Eastgate and Sunshine. They are spaced out in a regular interval, so it has to be on purpose. Has anyone else noticed these?

I saw them Sunday there is like 4-5 in front of Toyota and kum n go. I've wondered what they were for also. I'm surprised they have lasted this long there.
