Yeah, this seems crazy. I understand it’s not made for our climate and probably would not have survived the winter, but if you’re going to get one of these things get a greenhouse or something.

It will only smell like that for the short time it blooms. As long as they get it outside before then they'll be fine. If they don't, they're gonna have a stank ass house filled with bugs.
