I had a lightning bolt go through the house last week and my all-in-one will not turn on .I got a new power cord and there is a light on in the back now ,but still won't power on at all.

I don't have any recommendations for hardware level repair like this. You may be hard-pressed to find anyone willing. How old was the device? Did it have critical data on it? Could be time to consider an upgrade/replacement.
