My vintage console record player stopped working in December. It is too big to take somewhere to fix. The tone arm is automatic and I cannot get it to stay on the record while playing. I have a guess that the tension needs to be adjusted…but unfortunately it is very old and I’m not sure how to do it myself. I watched YouTube videos but could not find one that is similar at all to mine. I called Stick It In Your Ear but they said they are super backed up and they don’t have anyone that is working for them right now that might do house calls.

I’d hit up an Audio/Video company. 3D Smart Homes or SCS might be able help or point you in the right direction.

You might call stick it in your ear and they might know someone.
