Maybe they are hoping it will snag the next spy balloon.

The sheer logistics of getting that tree to there has to be wild and costly.

Maybe they grew it there, and just waited for it to be big enough?

Totally unrelated but which Walmart is this?

My job has me going to multiple Walmarts and it just doesn't look familiar. Maybe it's the angle

Thank you!

What's even weirder is I pass this ten times a week and never noticed it.

I was just realizing the number of times I’ve driven past this and never noticed it either. But to be fair, I’m usually focused on the road and making sure idiot drivers actually stop for the lights and no one is running out into the middle of traffic, and not looking around above me.

Can pretty much guarantee that they thought this would work to be able install 5G or cellular RAD center… then guessing OSHA or someone with a brain in planning explained why this is a bad idea.

If all our emergency cheese reserves were collected into a single cube, this would be the toothpick used to turn it into a snack.

Is it really not wood all the way up??

I'm familiar with this stick as it's HUGE and there's another big one over behind some water pillars by furniture row. This one I think I recall some cellular or WISP equipment on there at one time but I just assumed it was all one piece.

They do make utility poles up to 100 feet but personally only have ever put in 60ft ones- I climb towers as well so my eyes are always catching stuff like this... I've wondered the same thing!
