Not excusing it in the slightest but I bet it is difficult with at least some in the NFL to deal with all that aggressive emotion on/off dozens of times a game.

Oh I totally agree! However, self control and patience are built into every position and the very heart of the game. Patient QBs wait for their OL to create time in the pocket for laser throws. DBs wait in the backfield for openings to create turnovers. DL are taught how to make the appropriate tackles that create big plays with the least amount of damage to receivers and QBs. Controlling aggression is something that is more than second nature. Of course, tempers flare and things happen, but there’s a time and a place. Channel that energy elsewhere, not onto team staff who play vital roles and especially not into personal foul calls that help the other team win when your team’s playoff contention hangs in the balance. I’m actually a Green Bay fan, so this hurt to see, but ultimately you can’t hope for the best outcome if you’re not the best version of yourself, especially when it counts.

Huh? I played football/sports. It’s not oh I’m playing a game right now, it’s okay to assault random people!

He pushed him yes. Yes it was uncalled for. To call it assault is a stretch.
