He’s talking about the literal reason Quay was ejected. Pushing a member of the lions training staff when he was trying to help a player that just got illegally clotheslined by another member of the defense.

I know you’re a basketball fan, but in football, you’re actually not allowed to shove medical personnel. Especially a week removed from when said personnel literally saved a players life. Hope this helps clear things up..
