It literally is, Kipyokei is banned for this exact reason. Anyone could win marathons this way.

It’s true. I don’t even run but one time I had eczema and got prescribe this medication. I somehow entered and almost won the NYC Marathon but I got distracted by two dogs fighting over a cat.
