0 maidens. A Maiden over is one with no score (good for the bowler)

12 runs. The total runs scored off his bowling

3 wickets. Number of outs he got.

In context, those are incredible numbers. You'd normally see 20 plus runs in this type of game and 2 wickets is pretty good.
