Red Wolves or Red Hogs are a LOT better names than the Sentinels. Almost as bad a name as Commanders.

Red Wolves had trademark issues. With the history of the name, Red Hogs can be seen as comparing Native Americans to hogs.

Can’t imagine the mental gymnastics involved with associating Hogs with Native Americans. The offensive line of Washington during their glory days in the 80’s and 90’s was “The Hogs”. That’s why you see some fans wearing hog noses. It’s a logical name choice based on the team’s past.
