If you want to watch World Cup live then might try willow (check before, they stream most of tournament, but still better to check before).

Hotstar is available is US, I guess, so you can check that too. Highlights are free for every sports, so if you want to watch highlights then hotstar should be your option.

Other options for highlights:- Aus cricket (YouTube channel) , ICC TV (most of the time they don't upload on same day though, they might have uploaded by now ) .

ESPN+ too (not sure about it though)

Willow doesn't have world cup. But you get promo code for sling. If in usa espn plus is what I would recommend. Also you cannot cancel willow subscription by yourself. You need to email them etc.
