I don’t know much about cricket. How do I read that score? Is the second number a denominator?

Runs / Wickets.
So each team has 120 balls to bat in T20 cricket (An “over” is 6 balls so 20 overs, hence T20). If a team has ten batters out then the innings ends regardless of balls bowled.
So 100/2 for example would mean that the team had scored 100 runs with 2 batters out.

It's the wickets that Pakistan was able to take. Wicket = Number of Indian batsmen that played and were ousted.

Number of batsmen out. As long as it's less than 10 you can ignore it to determine who won.
