It depends on the team, i mean you’ve got teams like GS, Grizzlies, bucks, Mavs etc staying relatively the same the last few years, and then shitshows like the nets and lakers

Maybe they should get rid of the mid season trade deadline? Nets losing 90% of their talent all at once mid season is wild
